Ifeyinwa (“Ify”) Offor Walker is the CEO & Founder of Offor.* For nearly a decade, Offor has helped redesign, diversify and expand executive talent networks for organizations such as One Goal, Educators for Excellence, Teaching Trust, Teach For America and Beyond 12. Ify is also the author of the viral #DearBlackWomen series on LinkedIn and has been featured in Fast Company, Stanford Social Innovation Review, andO Magazine. Before starting Offor, Ify led Teach For America’s new site expansion -- opening 8 new offices; raising $40M and placing over 1,000 new teachers. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is the daughter of Caroline & Sylvester Offor, two Nigerian immigrants who taught her the rules so that she might one day break them.

Regina Dyer is a Senior Talent Matchmaker at Offor. During her four years at Offor, Regina has been promoted three times. She now oversees all candidate and talent related work and is seen as the “go-to” for talented leaders across the country. Regina also serves as a search lead on all executive searches for the firm. She is a graduate of Southern University A&M and College, Baton Rouge. Regina regularly volunteers for the Innocence Project of Texas and House of Hope, mentoring youth in her community. Clients recently closed: Executive Director, Educators for Excellence; Chief External Officer, Teaching Trust; and Chief Program Officer, Beyond 12.

In Igbo, one of the many languages spoken in Nigeria, Offor represents justice and fairness. Offor is also a lasting signal of gratitude to the founder’s Nigerian parents; they made a way when there was none. We pursue great goals in the midst of great challenges.
