Your welcome call with Dominique isn't just a nice-to-have introduction. It's literally how you unlock access to your positioning sessions, 360 leadership reviews, and other membership benefits.

We designed it this way on purpose. Rather than sending you a bunch of links and instructions via email, we want to understand your specific situation first. Are you six months into a new role and focused on building credibility? Three years in and looking to position for your next move? Considering a sector change?

Your background shapes how we prioritize your benefits and when to schedule things.

What Actually Happens During the Call

The call takes about 20 minutes and covers:

  • Your current role and what brought you to the network

  • Your goals for the next 12-18 months

  • Which membership benefits align with where you are right now

  • Scheduling your positioning session and 360 review (if applicable)

  • How to navigate the member portal and access event recordings

Think of it as getting oriented rather than getting sold to. You're already a member—this is about making sure you get value from day one.

Why We Don't Just Send You Links

We could automate all of this. Send you a bunch of calendly links and let you figure out when to book what.

But here's what we've learned: timing matters. A 360 review hits different when you're three months into a role versus when you're ready to make a move. Same with positioning sessions.
