You probably want to know a few things first

Here are the answers to what most people ask.

  • Getting your 9 reviewers to respond usually takes 1-2 weeks. We'll walk you through the process and provide templates. Our platform sends follow-ups automatically. You'll get your 1-page report within a few days after all responses are in.

  • Most people upgrade after they get their 360 results and realize they want help turning those insights into a plan. But you can upgrade anytime - during the assessment, while you're waiting for results, or months later. There's no pressure or timeline.

  • Once you complete your 360 assessment, you're automatically in our network for executive search consideration. Partners also get considered for board positions and consulting opportunities. We don't actively pitch you to organizations - that's not how this works. But when clients come to us looking for leaders, we'll think of people from our network who might be a fit.

  • Your results are yours. We don't share them with potential employers or anyone else without your permission. If you upgrade to Partner, your advisor will review them with you to build your plan. That's it. Complete confidentiality.
