Ify Walker runs Offor and has been placing executives for 15 years. She's worked with over 300 founders and CEOs on their biggest hiring decisions. Before this, she was a lawyer but got frustrated with how broken the whole executive search process was.
She leads the Talent Broker Network and works directly with leaders on positioning themselves for their next move. When she's not doing that, she's running Mom's School of Excellence with her husband, which she says is her most important job.

Access and Accelerator: Apply on our website. We'll ask about your current leadership role and what you're trying to figure out career-wise. Takes maybe 5 minutes. We look at every application to make sure this will actually help you, then respond within 72 hours.
Broker works differently - we invite you. You'd start with Access or Accelerator membership first. If we think our search connections and introductions would be valuable for your situation, we'll reach out about upgrading.
